KMED shall not be held responsible for the feasibility, marketability, acceptability, uniqueness, patentability or viability of any product idea, business concept, business plan, requirements, design, or other intellectual property or artefact obtained from KMED, regardless of whether obtained or acquired through license arrangement, free of charge or other agreement.
